Data collected and purpose
The “Book a demo” form collects: name, work email, company, phone number (optional), type of organisation, number of learners, message and IP address (to prevent abuse). This data is only used to contact you to arrange a demo and prepare a quote.
Legal basis and retention period
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The data is kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Recipients
Only the people in charge of the business relationship have access to it. No data is sold or passed on to third parties.
Certificate verification
Each certificate of achievement has a code and a QR code. The matching verification page only shows the holder’s name, the course, any score, the issue and validity dates and the organisation, so that an employer or auditor can check that it’s genuine. It can only be reached with this code, isn’t indexed by search engines and remains available for as long as the certificate is kept.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to object to it. Write to us at support@skolea.net. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
